energysaver 60 ignition intermittant failure.

energysaver 60 ignition intermittant failure. First ignition sequence of day fails maybe every 5-6 days. Boiler is located in completely dry but cold outhouse.
Condensate trap empty. Electrode gap correct. Black lead insulation intact. Heat call neon on.
Re-ignites immediately after reset (every time). Before replacing pactrol, anything I've missed?

Hello and a warm welcome to the forum
Check the electrode as it is not arcing out against the combustion box where it passes through to the burner, failing this, it does sound like to PCB. They can arc out actually on the PCB itself. If I recollect, the new PCB may try more times to ignite before failing.
